These terms apply to anyone visiting this website or booking a coaching session with Grow With Me, operated by Shivani in the West Midlands, UK. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
What I offer
Grow With Me offers life, career, performance, decision-making, and wellbeing coaching. Coaching is a future-focused, supportive conversation aimed at helping you move forward in areas of your life or work.
Coaching is not therapy or medical advice
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, or any form of medical treatment. I am a psychology graduate and a coach. I am not a licensed or accredited therapist, counsellor, or medical professional, and nothing said in our sessions is a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or Samaritans free on 116 123.
Sessions and payment
Sessions are £20 each, payable in advance via the agreed payment method. The first 30-minute discovery call is free and carries no commitment.
No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching outcomes depend on many things, including your own engagement, honesty, and follow-through between sessions. I will bring my full attention, care, and skill to our work, but I cannot and do not guarantee any specific result.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full at my discretion. [Placeholder: edit this to reflect your final cancellation policy.]
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in our sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, or where I am required to disclose by law, in line with standard coaching ethics.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take during and after our work together. Coaching invites reflection and choice; it does not direct or instruct.
